Built for DIY restorers and homeowners who need to fix loose sheet metal or re-attach tags without investing in pneumatic compressors. Not for heavy industrial fabrication—this shop focuses on reliable manual operation and basic repair kits.
Curator's pick: 6 Piece Center Punch Set
Most people jump straight to the drill, but without a solid center punch to dimple the rivet head, your bit will dance across the metal and ruin the finish. These hardened steel punches are the difference between a clean removal and a mangled work surface.
⚠ Worth knowing: Manual hand riveters require significant grip strength, especially when popping 3/16 inch aluminum or any steel rivets. If you have arthritis or several hundred rivets to pull in one go, a manual tool will leave your forearms cramped and your joints aching.

How to use this together
1
Mark and Drill
First, use the 6 Piece Center Punch Set to accurately mark the center of the old rivet you wish to remove. This prevents the 1/8 Inch High Speed Steel Drill Bit from wandering when you begin drilling, ensuring a clean and precise removal without damaging surrounding material.
2
Remove Old Rivet
Carefully drill through the head of the old rivet using the 1/8 Inch High Speed Steel Drill Bit. Once the head is drilled off, you should be able to push the remaining rivet shank through the material, leaving a clean hole for the new rivet.
3
Install New Rivet
Select an appropriate rivet from either the Aluminum Blind Rivets 3/16 Inch x 1/2 Inch or the Assorted Aluminum Rivet Kit 120 Pieces. Insert the rivet into the prepared hole. Then, firmly seat the rivet using either the Hand Riveter with 40 Piece Nut Rivet Set or the Medium Duty Rivet Tool, squeezing the handles until the rivet snaps, creating a secure joint.
